| For the third year running,
Faye Whittaker takes home the coveted title Designer of the Year. The talent
behind the ever-popular ‘All Our Yesterdays’ range, Faye was
over the moon to be voted your favourite designer. ‘I’m so surprised’,
she says. ‘I was amazed to win twice, but three times is wonderful!’
Faye is already working on a new set of designs for 2005, so watch this
space! |

| As Maria regularly contributes
to Cross Stitch Quick, we were delighted she finished in the top three,
a fantastic achievement and very well-deserved. ‘I’m absolutely

taken the stitching world by storm and wins the sought-after title Kit of
the Year 2004. Humphrey and sister Lottie are gorgeous characters, loved
by young and old alike. Congratulations to Sally and the team at Coats for
this fab achievement. |

– 'P is for Pooh', Designer Stitches |
| Winnie the Pooh makes another
appearance at the Stitch Awards. We’re all huge fans, and are delighted
he’s still winning votes in 2004. |

the Laplight is a fab device for anyone who finds it hard to stitch on dark
fabric, and it has made a real impact on the stitching world. ‘We’re
over the moon,’ says Olive Wallace Cunningham, who runs the company
