Snakes and Ladders

Postby snavenasus » Tue Jul 04, 2017 3:50 pm

Started this while we were away. It'll be a long term project as it'll be the piece I keep for working on when we are away in the caravan so will probably take 12 months or so to finish. I need to put an order in now as I've run out of a couple of the colours.

Good start Sue. I never even knew this was a cross stitch chart until I saw a finished one a week or two ago on facebook.

Thank you Danielle and yes it's a lovely colourful piece. The border is a bit boring so I do a couple of each piece at a time. Going away for a week in the middle of August so should be able to do some more then

Have been away for a week in the caravan so did some more of this one. Could have got through more of it but wanted to do a piece for the Christmas SAL first.

Yes Bron it was from Cross Stitcher, last February's edition. This is the only mag I subscribe to now, WOCS and Crazy are too cutesy for me though I might buy a copy if they have some Christmas cards in the I like
