Stitchy gift

Postby snavenasus » Fri Dec 08, 2017 8:27 am

At the weekend when we were away one of our friends who was in the group of us in Holland made 8 personalise little gingerbread men ornaments on her very fancy sewing machine for the 8 of us who were in the main group together with them. She made one if overalls with a tool box for Chris as she knew he was handy in the garage and about the house and mine is holding a stitching frame and a pair of scissors. We were both over the moon to get them and they will go on our tree every year from now on.

They are lovely. They'll look great on your tree every year. My tree is about 60% handmade decorations now from knitted, crochet, wooden and cross stitched. My favourite are three that I received in an exchange on this forum. From Lorna I believe.
